Privacy and your data

• Your customers’ details are yours. Each business’s data is kept apart from every other business’s. KriyaOS uses it only to look after your customers, and never sells it or uses it for ads.
• Your Agent doesn’t make things up. When it doesn’t know something, it says so and passes the question to your team.
• The Test chat is separate. Nothing in it is remembered or reaches real customers.
• Customers stay in control. They can ask your Agent not to keep something, and they can stop WhatsApp updates and promotions themselves.
