Your Agent books, moves and answers questions while you and your stylists are busy with clients, or on a Sunday night when you’re closed.
What to set up
Section titled “What to set up”- Services with their lengths and prices, such as Cut 45 minutes, Cut and colour 2 hours and Blow-dry 30 minutes.
- Availability: hours Tuesday to Saturday, Capacity 3 for three chairs, and 15 minutes between Bookings.
- Your stylists’ names and specialities, in your Business profile or Knowledge, along with your price list.
What your Agent does
Section titled “What your Agent does”- Books and moves Bookings at 9:40 pm on a Sunday.
- Answers “how much is balayage?” from your price list.
- Takes a Lead for a wedding party, so you can call back about it.
- Takes the details of a customer unhappy with a colour as a Lead, so you can call them back.
What it sounds like
Section titled “What it sounds like”Customer: Hi, can I get a cut and colour this Thursday after work?
Agent: Thursday at 5:30pm is free. It takes about two hours. Shall I book it in?
